*Orders up to £20 in value (ex. VAT) and less than 500g in weight can be sent by Royal Mail first class post or UPS. Post is not a guaranteed service.
**Orders over £20 in value and/or weighing more than 500g in weight will be sent by courier service, generally 2-4 days. Call us if you need urgent delivery before placing the order.

We now use DHL for all our deliveries to the farflung corners of the UK, which means that our customers in Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands now benefit from the same low delivery costs as the rest of our Mainland UK customers.

Click & Collect
We now offer 'Click & Collect'!
This gives you the option to collect from our Worthing warehouse if you are local to the area. Simply choose 'Click & Collect' at checkout and one of our team will contact you to advise you when your order will be ready to collect.
If you spend over £500(ex VAT) with us online, you are eligible for free standard shipping. This is based on shipping to any UK address via our carrier service.
Receipt of Deliveries
For orders delivered by post, packages will normally be small enough to fit through most letterboxes. In the event that your package is too large to fit through your letterbox and you are not home when the postman delivers, you may have to collect your item from your local Royal Mail Collection Office. If this is the case, you should find a card left by your postman with collection details.
If you would like your postman to leave packages in a designated safe place, this should be arranged with your local Post Office Depot, and is your responsibility.
If your order is being delivered by our carrier service, you should be aware that:
1. Deliveries will require a signature - packages cannot therefore be left behind bins/in porches, etc.
2. The carrier will usually attempt to deliver between 9am and 5pm for Business addresses, and 9am and 7pm for Residential addresses. We cannot provide a time slot. (If you would prefer us to dispatch on a particular day to ensure delivery on a day that you will be in, please call us)
3. It is your responsibility to provide a delivery address where someone is available to sign for the delivery.
4. Your driver should, in the event that they cannot deliver, leave an Information Notice, which will advise how you can re-schedule collection or where your local Collection Point is.

5. Cancellation & Returns
5.1 General Returns
5.1.1 If you change your mind about parts, have ordered incorrect parts, or ordered too many parts, you may cancel your order by giving us notice of cancellation within 8 days of the date of collection or delivery. Such notice may be given by mailing, faxing or e-mailing to the number or address set out on our website and correspondence.
5.1.2 Parts should be returned in an unused condition and in their original packaging. Once returned parts are received, you should receive your refund within approx. 7 working days.
5.1.3 General returns will be refunded in full including outbound carriage, but the cost of return carriage is the customer’s responsibility. Parts should be sent by a method that requires a signature on delivery to prove that goods have been received.
5.2 Non-Standard Returns
Any parts ordered that are ‘special order’, bespoke parts, or parts cut to length, ie. chain and wire rope, are non-returnable. We would encourage all customers to check dimensions, lengths and specifications very carefully before ordering to avoid issues.
5.3 Faulty Goods
5.3.1 If you are returning parts because they are faulty, we accept responsibility for replacement or refund up to 6 months from delivery date. We may accept offer partial or full refund or replacement of parts outside this time at our discretion.
5.3.2 You should notify us by phone, email or letter of the fault before returning. We will advise the method by which these parts are to be returned.
5.3.3 We will need to inspect parts to ascertain why the fault/problem has occurred. If it is found that parts have been incorrectly installed, used in applications not suited to their purpose, or in any way, misused which has led to their failing, then we will judge that these parts are not faulty.
5.3.4 If parts are found to have failed due to misuse, no refund or replacement will be given, and the cost of returning these parts to us for inspection will be the responsibility of the customer.
5.3.5 If parts are found to be faulty, you will be offered a replacement or a full refund. Cost of the return of faulty parts will be met by ourselves.
