stainless steel two part ring with snap fastener in sizes 6mm (with an internal diameter of 30mm) and 8mm (with an internal diameter of 35mm). They are designed to be snap shut using a tool such as plumbers spanner or grips (use electrical insulating tape on the jaws to stop damage to the outer surface). They are very strong when snap shut. They are difficult to open, once shut, therefore these are a semi permanent solution.
