Fork to Swage Rigging Screw - 316 Stainless steel
This adjustable rigging screw is called a Fork to swage rigging screw. It has a Swage end, where wire rope is inserted inside and then it is swaged by compressing the outside surface. You use a hand or machine press swager which is hydraulic. Note : Standard hand swagers do not exert enough force to compress onto the wire. The other fork end has a removable clevis pin. Sizes are M5 for 2mm wire, M5 for 2.5mm wire, M6 for 3mm wire, M6 for 4mm wire, M8 for 4mm wire, M10 for 5mm wire, M12 for 6mm wire and M20 for 10mm wire. Wire rope to be used are configurations 1x19, 7x7, 7x19. Note : Wire ropes with plastic for the centre strand are not to be used.

The M8x 4mm A4 stainless steel fork to swage rigging screw is designed for medium heavy wire rope systems requiring increased load capacity and long term corrosion resistance.
