Whether you're working on a construction project, rigging applications, or DIY endeavors, our copper ferrules ensure optimal performance and longevity. Available in size codes 2 to 6.5, sutable for 1.5mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm,5mm or 6mm wire rope. Made from copper, these will not react with stainless wire rope.
Notes: Do not use Aluminium ferrules on stainless. There will be a corrosion reaction on the ferrule. We sell a Nickel plated ferrule that gives the same colour as stainless, if you are worried about colour match.

The 6mm copper ferrule is engineered for high load wire rope terminations where strength, consistency and reliability are essential. Copper's excellent malleability allows the sleeve to compress uniformly during swaging, creating a secure mechanical lock capable of withstanding demanding tension loads. This makes it ideal for industrial rigging, structural bracing and heavy duty engineering applications.

Its self colour copper finish provides natural corrosion resistance and a clean, uniform appearance. When crimped with the correct tooling, this ferrule forms a permanent, high capacity termination suitable for both indoor and sheltered outdoor environments.
